Refund policy

As per company policy and applicable Indian consumer laws, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. Replacement requests will be considered only for products received in a damaged or defective condition, subject to verification. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and submit valid photographic or video proof. Upon successful verification, a replacement of the same product will be issued. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement request, and its decision shall be final.
